E. Nicholas P. Gardiner is a Senior Advisor to Clearwater Capital Partners on strategy, organization, and executive recruiting.

Mr. Gardiner is President of Gardiner International, which specializes in cross-border executive search covering Asia, Europe and North America at the C-Level across several industries including private equity. Gardiner International is frequently cited as one of "The Top 20 Global Executive Search Firms".

Mr. Gardiner has 28 years of executive search experience and has been listed in "The Global 200 Executive Recruiter". Prior to his focus on executive search, he was an executive at W. R. Grace and the International Basic Economy Corporation where he was engaged in acquisitions, divestitures and managed turnarounds.

He has a B.A. from Yale College and attended Harvard Business School. He is a former Officer of Marines and has lectured at Yale on cross-cultural business judgment and language studies.
